One can expect major political and moral revolutions that will totally change society as we know it. These changes will sweep the world as there will be a total division among humanity.
   The ones who follow and accept the new world order and all that comes with it, and the other ones who refuse to accept it and live in refuge from the new world order. Some have predicted this to be a period of the "haves" and the "have nots."

   If the year 2017 A.D. is related to Rev. 6:17 then there may be hope for believers if the first six seals have been opened. Most of the Baby Boomer generation would be in their 70’s by this time in the future and if physically able would see these events take place. A secret must occur between the years 2018 through 2022, or the visions were sealed up for the great day of God’s wrath.

   Rev. 6:11 And white robes (‘Leukos’ symbolically bright clothing)
were given to every one of them ( the white robes, indicate light, joy, and triumphant victory over their foes );
and they were told to rest for just a little while longer (some mss "shall rest a little season," as in short when compared to eternity. The word season, Greek chronus, is one thousand one hundred and eleven one-ninth years [1,111 1/9], and a time, in Rev. 12:12, 14, Greek kairos, is a fifth of a season, i.e., two hundred and twenty-two two-ninths years [222 2/9]. This equates to 1333 1/3, Isaiah 57:2 "He shall enter into peace: they shall rest in their beds, each one walking in his uprightness," and Daniel 12:12 "Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days [1335]"),
   [Emphasis mine: Dan. 12:11 From the time that the daily sacrifices are removed and the Horrible Thing is set up to be worshipped will be 1290 days, Three and a half years as in verse 7 plus one month; 43 Months.
   Dan. 12:12-13 Blessed is he that makes it to the 1335th day; (this is 45 days longer than the days in verse 11; 44.5 months; 2260 A.D. + 45 = 2305 A.D.)
    But go on now to the end of your life and your rest; for you will rise again and have your full share of those last days--at the end of the days.
    Dan. 12:13 "But go thou thy way till the end be: for thou shalt rest, and stand in thy lot at the end of the days."]
until their fellow servants (Servants of Jesus; true believers who refused the mark and suffered the wrath of antichrist; some speculate that the full number of the elect is fixed, perhaps to fill up the void of the fallen angels.)
also and their brothers, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.

   Rev. 6:11

   Rev. 6:12 And I looked when He opened the sixth seal,
and there was a great earthquake (‘Seismo’, a shaking, a shock, idea of a concussion; Political and Moral revolutions and convulsions of society. Shaking of established order of things. The subversion of states and fortunes. Falling out of rulers. Wordsworth claims that the word earthquake is a catchword connecting the sixth seal with the six trumpet of Rev. 11:13 and the seventh vial of Rev. 16:17-21, and also the seventh seal of Rev. 8:5.),
and the sun (‘Helios’ as a means of judgment - the great light giver of society, in one sense a symbol of Christ or a supreme ruler)
became black (‘Melas’ to be dirty, bad; color of mourning; disaster, calamity and sorrow; dark)
as sackcloth (‘Sakkos’ for the purpose of prophetic testimony; symbol of mourning and penitence; black cloth)
of hair (warm material from a goat or camel; some claim this to be the hair of Cilician goats, used for tents.),
and the moon (‘Selene’ means brightness; Hebrew is yareach, wandering, and lebanah, white; here symbol of powers, rulers and great men which are not supreme since it shines by reflecting another light)
became like blood (carnage of war; blood-red);

   Rev. 6:13 And the stars (‘Aster’ shining lights in the world or conspicuous men, whether in the church or the state)
of heaven (‘Ouranos’ to lift or heave; governments, authorities and dominions)
fell to the earth (pp. appeared to be falling to earth, from the spectators point of view),
even as a fig tree (‘Olunthos’ denotes an unripe fig, which grows in winter and falls off in the Spring)
drops its untimely figs (like green fruit, others claim it to be the Church then ripe for glorification, the antichristian world for destruction, which shall be accompanied with a mighty phenomena in nature.),
when it is shaken by (buffeted by)
a mighty (‘Megas’ great of a wind)
wind (‘Deo’ to bind, wound; commotion or mighty movements).

   Rev. 6:14 And the atmosphere (heaven) (‘Ouranos’ sky; a dominant intellectual or emotional tone or attitude, especially one related to a specific environment or state of affairs: a prevailing atmosphere of distrust; the starry heavens)
was pushed apart like a scroll (‘Biblion’ the rolling up illustrates the removal of heaven; pp. disappeared, the sky departed)
when it is rolled together (‘Heilisso’ or ‘Helisso’ to roll up as a scroll);
and every mountain (a person or power conspicuous among men, also a highly elevated great prince or government) and island (‘Nesos’ possibly Europe)
were moved out of their places (‘Topos’ topic, topography, is used as a place in a book; pp. shook and shifted).

   Rev. 6:15 And the kings (a government or kingdom)
of the earth,
along with the great men (pp. world leaders),
the rich men, the chief captains (pp. high-ranking military officers),
the mighty (‘Dunatos’ strong)
men, every slave, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens (‘Spelaion’ a cave, grotto, cavern)
and in the rocks (‘Petra’ a mass of rock)
of the mountains,

   Rev. 6:16 then said to the mountains and rocks,
"Fall on us, and hide us (they prayed, but not to God)
from the face of Him who sits on the throne,
and from the wrath of the Lamb (‘Arnion’ the One to whom all judgment is committed; see Rev. 6:1 also; Lamb of God is Christ slain as a lamb from the foundation of the world);

   Rev. 6:17 for the great day of His wrath has come,
and who is able to stand? (pp. who can survive it? The sixth seal brings us to the verge of the Lord’s coming. The ungodly tremble at the signs of His immediate approach.)"
